| This month, we feature Snagit which gives you all the screen capture and image editing functionality you'll ever need, in one simple and powerful program. The prevailing method for using screen shots in designs, documents and presentations is to take an image of the entire screen using the Prt Sc button on the key board, then paste into Paint and crop from there. Snagit is a specialty screen capture software that enables the user to cut out this extra step of using Paint and add increased screen capture capabilities. This allows for automatically grabbing images of varying shapes as well as easily being able to add text boxes, arrows and other helpful icons.
