The first Tx:Style challenge is now complete and we would like to congratulate the winner, Meagan Webb, for her design “Squareberry” as well as the other five finalists for their very innovative designs. Polymer Sellsheets

Having previously created an ad campaign that captured the diversity of Polymer Industries and illustrated the wide range of applications of their products, we recently completed a comprehensive set of Sell Sheets for the same client. Our goal was to capture the diversity of Polymer Industries and illustrate the wide range of applications of their products. We presented this idea in a unique way by having very little copy and telling our clients story through illustration.

Tips & Tools Gliffy

In order to build a house you need a blueprint. In many cases, the visual equivalent of a blueprint in building a website is the wire frame. Wire frames provide a guide for what designers need to include and developers need to build. Gliffy is an online resource that will allow you to build your own business process maps including wire frames for websites, flow charts, floor plans, organization charts and many other important business documents. The basic version of Gliffy is available at no cost – www.gliffy.com – Gliffy is a useful tool, but what makes it interesting is its collaborative abilities. Because it is web based, Gliffy allows you to share your document with others through the web and work together with those documents through a version control system. With every member of the team working from the same source, there is no confusion about which file represents the latest version or who made the most recent changes. Gliffy serves as a good example of how open collaboration can lead to greater efficiencies.
